COVID-19 spread has created a havoc in everyone’s lives. The Indian government has ordered a lockdown in many parts of the country till 14 April 2020 or you can say till the situation comes under control. As no school/college and no offices and no visiting to religious places/temples, right from small children to aged parents, all have been isolated at home. If you are getting bored sitting at home and arguing with your family members over petty issues, shift your focus on doing some interesting activities at home. One of the interesting activity here I mention is watching the blockbuster movies of 90s with your entire family as it is completely clean and are full family entertainers.
1) Hum Aapke Hain Koun:
This film by Rajshri Production is an evergreen movie which can be watched ‘n’ number of times and still you will not get bored. It has all emotions – romance, comedy, family values, friendship, relationship, bonding, caring etc. So why don’t you spend your 3+ hours in catching this flick and helping each family member enjoy their time at home. Here is the link to watch it on YouTube.
2) Hum Saath – Saath Hain:
The film by the same Rajshri group is an extension of their earlier film Hum Aapke Hain Koun. It is about the bonding between the three brothers who go out of their way to save the family from getting divided. It stresses the importance of family values in the modern times. It has beautiful songs, interesting dialogues and a bag full of all emotions and learnings for everyone in the family. Here is the link to watch it on YouTube.
3) Andaz Apna Apna:
You won’t believe if I say that this film was a flop when it got released in the theatres. But it became a cult classic at a later stage as it is a bag full of humour in each and every scene. Clean comedy with interesting one-liners and dialogues, the film is about how two foes-turned-friends unite to win the love of their lives, despite facing opposition from their lovers’ father and idiotic goons. Watch it and laugh as much as you can with your entire family. Here is the link to watch it on YouTube.
