We saw lately how Simar’s mother-in-law Sandhya had to give a huge slap on the face of Aditi’s fiance who was Mr. Rana’s son. Sandhya realizes that the guy is in no way fit for her daughter Aditi and marrying him will further destroy her life.

So, she stops their marriage and asks the groom’s family to leave without giving any proper reason or explanation to Geetanjali Devi who is shocked to see Sandhya’s strange behavior. Sandhya shares the reason with her husband and family but as per Geetanjali’s wish, she is not willing to ask for forgiveness because she believes that she hasn’t done anything wrong as it was her right as a mother to protect her daughter from any trouble.

This kind of confidence, which Geetanjali finds as arrogance is not acceptable in the house and so she asks Sandhya to chose between her marriage or saying sorry. Sandhya for the first time in her life decides to take a stand for herself and says she is ready to leave the house but not bow down. Sandhya’s changed behavior makes situations worse as Geetanjali is willing to let her go but not let her live in the house.
However, Simar comes to Sandhya’s rescue and explains to Badi Maa how it was Sandhya who made the house to a home and did all her duties as a good daughter-in-law, wife, mother, and sister-in-law all these years to make the family a renowned one in the society. This brings tears to Badi Maa’s eyes but she asks Aarav to chose between Simar and his mother. She asks Aarav to let Simar leave so that his mom can stay. What will Sandhya decide? Keep watching.
