Indian Air Force to Perform Air Show in Kashmir

According to officials, the Indian Air Force will perform an air show above the famed Dal Lake on September 26 to encourage Kashmiri youngsters to join the military and increase tourism in the region. The concert will be attended by around 3,000 schoolchildren and college students, according to the organisers. 

Pandurang K Pole, the division’s Commissioner, added, “The main aim of the Air Show is to encourage young people in the valley to join the Indian Air Force and increase tourism in the region.

Pole presided over a meeting of principals from various educational institutions on Tuesday to discuss students’ participation in the IAF’s air display as part of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ festivities. ‘Give Wings to Your Dreams’ is the show’s theme.

The IAF aircraft’s amazing manoeuvres will lead them to a future in the IAF and aircraft sector according to an official spokesperson, more than 3,000 college and high-school pupils. Pole instructed the directors of educational institutions to guarantee that NCC cadets participate, according to the spokesman.

The Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre will have stalls where students will learn about the IAF’s accomplishments, career prospects, recruiting procedures, and eligibility criteria.
