The serial Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei on Star Plus is aired at the 6 PM slot. The serial shows how Chikoo is trying her best to live in the house of her own parents as an orphan. However, Nupur is unaware that Chikoo is her daughter and instead believes Mini as Payal. Chikoo having a large heart allows Mini to take her place and keep her lies going ahead without her interference. But Nupur is unable to let go of Chikoo and considers her as her other daughter.

Milind’s parents find Chikoo to be quite a good girl with a bad destiny. Unaware that she is their own granddaughter, Milind’s mom thinks that Chikoo deserves a better future by getting a good education. So, she extends her support to Nupur when she searches for a good school to get Payal and Chikoo admitted. Payal not wanting Chikoo to get the attention of her parents and the entire family tries her best to ruin Chikoo’s name in some or another way. However, she falls flat as Chikoo’s truth always wins everyone’s hearts.

In the recent episodes, it was shown how Chikoo wins an award for her bravery to help the orphanage kids to get their real parents. However, Chikoo feels sad as she doesn’t find Nupur on the stage while she receives an award. This makes even Nupur sad as she fails to reach the venue on time due to Payal’s insistence on getting her locked in another classroom. Upset with Payal’s behavior, Nupur scolds her in front of the family but she doesn’t budge.
Payal and Chikoo are now admitted to a new school and now time will tell how the two kids take their enmity ahead or will Nupur’s love and care make them have a soft corner for each other and they turn into good friends.
