Twitter may plan to start paid subscription service

Social media platform Twitter plans to start a paid subscription platform that can be used again by its other work departments in the long run.

The micro-blogging platform is developing a subscription platform with a team codenamed “Gryphon”.

The guesswork started after the company posted a job listing that mentioned about the new subscription platform and “Gryphon”.

However, a report said that it is only a job listing and not a product launch.

Earlier also, Twitter had planned for a paid product. In 2017, it had come out with a survey wherein users were asked about what a premium offering of its TweetDeck app might look like.

Whether it is true or not, we will get to know for sure only when the company announces its launch of the paid platform.

Till then, we can enjoy the social media platform to its fullest by updating Tweets and reading the updates of various celebrities and important people of our lives.
