SpiceJet provides check-in facility on WhatsApp

Airline company SpiceJet has set up an automated customer service and check-in facility on WhatsApp along with its website and mobile app.

Due to the coronavirus situation, SpiceJet’s automated customer service agent name “Ms Pepper” can be availed by passengers at mobile number 6000000006 anytime.

WhatsApp “Hi” to Ms Pepper while you are going to the airport and she will assist you with the compulsory web check-in process without the requirement to visit SpiceJet’s website and provide you the boarding pass directly to your mobile phone.

Domestic flights started working in India on May 25 after a break of two months due to the lockdown that was initiated to curb the coronavirus.

But passengers have to go through a lot of procedures to ensure they enjoy a safe and happy travel.
