Technology giant Facebook has announced that it has added some interesting features for companies which use WhatsApp for Business.
Now companies can notice the different products available and do their shopping via a chat.
WhatsApp Business account is used by around 50 million businesses and 175 million people.
And this decision will help WhatsApp users carry out their business activities in a more easier manner.
Small and medium businesses, which have been impacted during the pandemic time will benefit from this amazing feature of a Shopping button that is live globally and will be making its entry to India soon.
The company also has plans to collaborate with business solution providers as part of its expansion activities.
