Amazon Pay and ICICI Bank declared that the bank has given Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit cards to about 1.4 million customers.
In less than two years, the credit card has achieved the milestone of over 1 million users.
For the unaware, the co-branded credit card is supported by Visa.
The credit card comes with benefits like always-on reward points and direct crediting of reward points towards Amazon Pay balance.
The unique initiative of Amazon has increased the number of credit card applications of even people who are non-account holders of ICICI Bank.
It is note-worthy that Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card is one of the first credit cards in India to introduce ‘Video KYC’ benefit for new credit card applicants in June 2020.
