India’s Digital payments company PhonePe has said that it is now available as a live payment option at more than 20 lakh stores in Maharashtra.
The list includes all types of shops from kirana stores to small and medium business shops and also large organised retail stores all over the state.
You won’t believe but the company has marked its presence in more than 1.3 crore offline shops all over the country.
The company has developed a wholesome set of offerings to support offline merchant partners grow their business and gain more customers.
For example, the ‘Stores’ tab in the PhonePe app allows users and offline shops to stay connected all over the country.
Also, customers can figure out easily a huge number of offline shops in the nearby areas and connect via chat or call with shop owners to place their orders from their homes itself.
The “Pay now feature” can also be used by the customers without the requirement to scan any QR codes by paying to the shops remotely for their shopping.
