According to the sources, Whatsapp tested a voice messages playback speed feature on the public beta, but it was enabled for some users on Whatsapp Android beta 2.21.9.4. Also, Whatsapp is working on three audio playback speed levels, i.e.,1x, 1.5x, and 2x.
WABetaInfo reported that the feature to volume up playback speed of voice messages was enabled in Whatsapp for Android beta 2.21.9.4. The symbol of playback speed will show you up right next to voice messages to use volume up the momentum.
Later WABetaInfo reported that a new Whatsapp for Android beta 2.21.9.5 removed the voice messages playback speed feature for users who had it enabled in the previous beta.

This feature is under development and will roll out with some multi-device quality. Multi-device features support users to access their Whatsapp account on up to four devices. It is also said that a log-out option for the linked device is also a work in progress for a while now.
