Tech Desk: Reportedly, WhatsApp has been working on a feature that allows users to migrate chat history to another number. This is the most amazing and useful feature now we can change our number on whatsapp without the fear of losing chat history.
Wabetainfo first states that WhatsApp has been working on the migration of chat history. Wabetainfo also shared a few screenshots of how the feature would look. And with the screenshot, we get to know that this option will get in the Settings menu to migrate chat history. To get this feature, users need to update their Whatsapp. Not just the chats, you can also migrate media.

This feature is currently under development, and it will be available in a future update. However, Whatsapp is yet to roll out multi-device support that lets users log in to the same account using different devices.
