Mumbai: Corona virus infection has been confirmed among 11 CISF personnel deployed at Mumbai Airport. In addition, the remaining 142 jawans deployed at the airport and coming in contact with the infected personnel have been quarantined. Today, 7 soldiers have been confirmed to be infected in the test. In addition, infection in 4 jawans was confirmed yesterday.

This is not the first time a case of corona virus infection has been reported in the personnel of paramilitary forces, but even before this, cases of soldiers have been infected. On March 29, a corona virus infection was confirmed in an officer of the Border Security Force (BSF) and a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) jawan. These were the earliest cases of the disease in paramilitary forces. This information was given by the officials.
