Meerut: Three Jamaatis including one woman found corona positive in Meerut. The number of Corona patients has now risen to 37 in the city.
On Wednesday, a total of 200 samples were tested at the Microbiology Lab of the Medical College in Meerut. Among them, three from Meerut, six from Saharanpur, two from Baghpat, two from Amroha and three from Muzaffarnagar have been found corona positive. A total of 16 positive cases including Meerut have been found. The report has been sent to the DM and CMO of the respective districts.
Due to Corona virus, 11 areas (hot spots) of Meerut Shastri Nagar Sector-13 (Nauchandi), Humayun Nagar (Lisari Gate / Kharkhauda), Sarai Bahleem (Kotwali) Harnam Das Road and Surya Nagar (Civil Line), Madina Masjid Azad Nagar colony (Sardhana), Mahalka (Falavada), Mohalla Kalyan Singh, Mohalla Munna Lal, Mohalla Bada Mahadev (Mawana) and Kasba Khivai (Saroorpur) have been sealed till 13 April. Traffic in these areas will be completely restricted. All shops will remain closed. Only those who have been prescribed by the police-administration will deliver food and drink to these areas.
