New Delhi: Corona cases are increasing continuously in the country and the world. According to the Health Ministry, 1336 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 705 patients have been cured in a day, which is the largest figure of patients recovering in the country so far, i.e. the recovery rate has been increased to 17.48 percent. So far 18,601 cases of infection have been confirmed in the country and 590 people have lost their lives while 3,252 patients have fully recovered after treatment.
In a press conference, Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Health, said that no cases of corona have come to light in four days in 28 days. At the same time, no cases of Covid-19 have been reported in 61 districts during 14 days. He said that the number of people who have been coronated for the last few days is also increasing and this is a good sign. Looking at the figures of the last few days, on April 15, 183 people were cured. Due to this, the number increased to 260 on the next day on 16 April, 243 on 17 April, 239 on 18 April and 316 patients on 19 April, after treatment. On April 20, a record 705 people became corona-free.
Love Aggarwal said that we are working on different front against Corona virus. One of these is social distancing, which we should follow. Dr. Raman Gangakhedkar of ICMR said that so far 49 lakh 810 tests have been conducted.
