7000 cases of corona virus in Delhi, only 1500 patients are hospitalised: Kejriwal

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that there are about 7,000 cases of corona virus in the national capital, out of which only 1,500 cases are in hospitals.

He said that only 27 out of 1500 people admitted to the hospital are on ventilators. Close to 75 percent of cases either have no symptoms of corona or mild symptoms. We have arranged to isolate such people at home.

The Chief Minister said, “82% of those who died in Delhi were over 50 years of age, the elderly are dying more.”

Kejriwal said, “Yesterday, we have issued orders and asked for ambulances from many private hospitals. The ambulances will work in private hospitals, but if they get a call, they will also have to do government duty. Hopefully, this will lead to ambulance problems.” It will end now.
