Celebrities usually endorse brands as it works both ways – it makes the celebrity popular and also helps the brand build a connectivity with the audience.
TIARA Research Report on Celebrities as Human Brands has been presented by Ravi Shastri who is a former cricketer and chief mentor of the Indian Institute of Human Brands (IIHB), Sandeep Goyal
For the unaware, TIARA stands for Trust, Identify, Attractive, Respect and Appeal.
The survey lists Akshay Kumar as the most appealing celebrity whereas, Amitabh Bachchan is the most respected celebrity in India.
Alia Bhatt tops the list of the most attractive celebs, while Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been announced as the most trusted celebrity couple in the survey.
In sports category, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been called as the most down to earth celebrity and the most reliable is Saina Nehwal as per the survey.
