In Meerut, the number of corona infected patients is continuously increasing. While the number of covid-19 patients in the city has reached beyond 3500, today 89 new cases have been registered. Apart from this, two deaths due to corona infection have also been recorded today.
According to the report of the Health Department, the number of corona infected people in Meerut has so far been 3553, out of which 663 people are under treatment while 2743 people have been discharged after treatment. Today 52 people were discharged from the hospital.
Today two people died due to corona infection in the city, after this the number of deaths due to corona infection has now reached 112. The dead include a 32-year-old woman and an elderly 87-year-old. According to the report, 109 people are currently in home isolation in Meerut.
