New Delhi: 4,039 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in the national capital on Wednesday. This is the highest number of cases reported in a single day so far. With this, the total number of infected people in the national capital increased to more than two lakhs, while the number of dead also increased to 4,638.

Officials gave this information. This is the first time since the epidemic has started that the city has recorded more than 4,000 cases a day. Earlier, on June 23, the maximum number of 3,947 cases were reported. According to a bulletin issued by the Delhi Health Department, 20 patients died in the last 24 hours. It said that the number of patients undergoing treatment rose from 22,377 to 23,733. The bulletin released on Wednesday said that the death toll from Corona virus infection has increased to 4,638 and the total number of cases has increased to 2,01,174.
