President Kovind gets first shot of COVID-19 vaccine

New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday took the first shot of COVID-19 vaccine at an Army hospital in the national capital.

The President, accompanied by his daughter, was administered the COVID-19 vaccine at Research & Referral Hospital, in the National Capital, as per tweet on his official twitter handle.Mr Kovind thanked all doctors, nurses, health workers and administrators who are successfully implementing the largest vaccination drive in history and urged all eligible citizens to get vaccinated.
