
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed to formulate an effective strategy to stop the spread of Kovid-19. He has said that treatment arrangements should be maintained properly with Kovid-19. He has also given instructions to be vigilant regarding the rescue from Corona.
Lucknow: The Chief Minister was reviewing the situation in Corona at a high-level meeting convened at his government residence here today. He said that the system of treatment of Covid-19 should be strengthened in all the districts. There was adequate availability of oxygen in the Covid Hospitals including medical personnel, medicines, medical equipment and backup. There should be a system of ventilators and high flow nasal cannula (HFNC) in Covid hospitals of L-2 and L-3 category. He also directed the Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary Health and Principal Secretary Medical Education to conduct a thorough review of the situation by convening a meeting in view of Kovid-19.
The Chief Minister directed to get Covid vaccination of the target age group on priority basis in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Kanpur Nagar, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Moradabad and Saharanpur districts. He said that during the vaccination, it should be ensured that the coronase vaccine has a minimum waste level, in any case it does not exceed one percent.
The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister has called for the celebration of ‘Teeka Utsav’ from the birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule on April 11 to the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. BR Ambedkar on April 14, 2021. Under this, ‘Teeka Utsav’ will be organized in the entire state. He said that people of the targeted age group of the state should participate in the Teeka Utsav. He directed to chalk out an action plan for the successful organization of ‘Teeka Utsav’ and said that special attention should be paid to social distancing and mandatory use of masks in this program.
