New Delhi: The number of corona cases in the country has definitely come down but the central government is also not slowing down. In recent times, after the increase in the number of new cases of corona in small states, especially in the northeastern states, the central government has sent teams to six states. These teams have been sent to six states, including Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Manipur, Odisha, Kerala and Chhattisgarh, under the use of control and prevention of Covid-19. The high level team to be sent to the states will include a clinician and a public health expert. According to the information, the team will look after the work like Covid-19 management, monitoring, containment operations and testing there. According to the Health Ministry, the central team will assess the situation of Covid in these states and suggest necessary measures.
Significantly, on July 1, 286 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Arunachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours, after which the number of infected in the state has increased to close to 36 thousand (35,857). State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr. L Jampa had told on Thursday that after the death of four people due to infection in the last 24 hours, the death toll rose to 172. At present, 2,762 people are undergoing treatment for corona virus infection in the state.
