New Delhi: According to government data, the death toll from corona in the country has crossed 4 lakhs. There were 853 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths so far to 4,00312. At the same time, 46,617 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
The total number of active cases in the country has gone up to 5,09,6374. According to the Ministry of Health, active cases of corona virus are 1.67 of the total cases. The recovery rate has increased to 97.01% and the daily positivity rate is 2.48%.
In the last 24 hours, 42,64,123 vaccines of corona virus were administered in the country, after which the total number of vaccinations reached 34,00,76,232.
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research, 18,80,026 sample tests were done for corona virus in India yesterday, till yesterday a total of 41,42,51,520 sample tests have been done.
