New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry said on Tuesday that the third wave of corona virus infection is visible in the world. NITI Aayog member (Health) Dr VK Paul told during the press conference of the Ministry of Health that today Prime Minister Narendra Modi clearly said that when the third wave will come, instead of this, it should be discussed how to stop it from coming.
Appealing to the people, VK Paul said, “The PM said that it is up to us how we can stop the third wave from coming. He has given a message of alertness, caution and vigilance. Inattention at this stage can lead to a huge jump in the case. He said that following the rules of mask, vaccination and Covid, with these three things, we can stop the third wave from coming. Apart from this, he said about vaccination that vaccine production is increasing gradually. This is a planned affair and the vaccine is being made available with increasing frequency.
The Health Ministry today also said that many parts of the country are witnessing gross violation of COVID norms, which may sabotage the efforts made so far to contain the infection.
