As the relatively new coronavirus strain Omicron spreads over the world, more researchers are attempting to decode its elements in order to better understand the strain and its effects on individuals. Now, a researcher in the United Kingdom, one of the worst-affected countries, has discovered two novel symptoms that aren’t normally linked to coronavirus.
Nausea and loss of appetite are the two new emerging symptoms of Omicron that is revealed by a Professor of Genetic Epidemiology at King’s College London, Tim Spector.

Some symptoms are prevalent in persons who have had Covid-19 vaccinations or the booster dose, according to him. “A number of them complained of nausea, a minor fever, sore throats, and headaches,” professor Spector also added.
Cough, weariness, congestion, and a runny nose are among the frequent symptoms related to Omicron, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the United States.
While coronavirus vaccinations and booster shots are the only effective treatments for the virus and its variations, outbreaks are possible.

Apart from the unvaccinated, numerous fully vaccinated people were infected and experienced mild to moderate symptoms during the second wave of COVID-19. This apparently shows that this virus can also affect the vaccinated folk.
