New Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that the Odd-Even scheme would be implemented in the capital from November 4 to 15. Kejriwal said, this project will remain in force from eight in the morning to eight in the night except Sunday and a fine of four thousand rupees will be imposed for violating it. This rule will also apply to four wheelers coming from other states while two wheelers will not be included.

He said, vehicles carrying children in school dress, medical services and women in emergency are also exempted from this rule. The Chief Minister and ministers of Delhi will not be exempted from this. The Chief Minister said, the vehicle of President, Vice President, Prime Minister, Governor, Chief Justice, Lok Sabha Speaker, Union Ministers, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha and Chief Ministers of States and Union Territories will be exempted from this rule.

Kejriwal said, Supreme Court judges, UPSC President, Chief Election Commissioner, Election Commissioner, CAG, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Judges of Delhi High Court, vehicles and emergency facilities of Lokayukta are also excluded from it. has gone.

Regarding pollution, he said, “We have prepared 16 vigilance teams every day in the morning and night in construction sites and waste burning places.”
