New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Delhi for the third consecutive time on Sunday at the Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. The 51-year-old bureaucrat-turned-politician was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal here.
On the occasion of the oath ceremony, 50 special guests who contributed to the development of Delhi were also present. These include doctors, teachers, bike ambulance riders, sweepers, construction workers, bus marshals, auto drivers, etc.
Kejriwal was sworn in at Ramlila Maidan at 12 noon today. Along with him Manish Sisodia, Sathendra Jain, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gehlot and Imran Hussain also took oath as ministers in the Delhi government.
The public gathered at Ramlila Maidan to participate in the oath taking ceremony of Arvind Kejriwal. A large number of people have arrived to see their Chief Minister taking oath.
