The directory can be accessed from the Truecaller app from the menu or dialer. It is available to both free and paying customers. The company has taken all the information from the official database and it will be updated on a real-time basis, which will show as many options as possible. However, this ad also does soon. However, the directory is for search only and does not guarantee the availability of beds in the hospital.
Truecaller said in a statement that given the recent increase in cases, it is important that the company does whatever it can to help.
