Police has registered a case against TV actress Yuvika Chaudhary under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Atrocities Act for making derogatory remarks to the Scheduled Castes. This FIR has been registered on the basis of complaint of Advocate Rajat Kalsan of Hansi. Earlier, a similar case had also come up with Tarak Mehta fame actress Munmun Dutta and now the difficulties of Yuvika Chaudhary are also seen increasing.
Advocate Rajat Kalsan, in a complaint to Hansi Superintendent of Police Nitika Gehlot, said that Yuvika Chaudhary had released a video in which she uttered derogatory words to the Scheduled Tribes and made the wrong remarks. The Advocate gave the footage of the video in this case through CD. Hansi police’s cyber cell team has registered an FIR against actress Yuvika Chaudhary under Section 3 (1) (u) of the Scheduled Tribes Act, which is non-bailable.
