Bihar elections: Political parties start their campaigns

Bihar assembly elections will be starting from 28 October 2020, that is, just a week from now.

The voting in the second and third phase of the assembly elections will be conducted on 3 November and 7 November respectively and results are going to be declared on 10 November.

Since the poll date is nearing, political parties such as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), chief minister Nitish Kumar Janata Dal (United), Congress, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) have started campaigning on a full-swing.

It is reported that Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar will be organizing rallies in Kesaria, East Champaran, Marhaura, Saran, Parsa, Saran and Vaisali while Mahagathbandhan’s chief ministerial candidate Tejashwi Prasad Yadav will address public events at Dinara, Rohtas, Karghar, Rohtas, Akorigola, Rohtas , Obra, Aurangabad,Arwal, Ghosi,Jehanabad and Masaurhi

Interestingly, BJP chief JP Nadda and Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath will also be leading the NDA’s poll campaign in Bihar.
