New Delhi: Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Mitra has said that she has not said anything wrong in the controversy over his speech in Parliament. TMC MP Mahua Moitra raised questions about Home Minister Amit Shah being in West Bengal instead of Parliament at this critical time.
On the motion for breach of privilege, Moitra said that it is the habit of BJP, which wants to silence others in some way. The Trinamool Congress MP says that Article 121 has been cited for breach of privilege, but what she has said is public domain. They have violated the provision of any constitution. Moitra said, “It is their privilege as leaders to be MPs to put what they have in mind, in front of everyone. I have only put the truth in front.”
On the question of removing parts of speech in Parliament, Moitra said, “It is available on the Lok Sabha website right now.” I have not violated any parliamentary procedure. The TMC MP said that Parliament is on, but Home Minister Amit Shah is in Bengal. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is giving important information on the issue of China. Important disclosures have been made about Bhima Koregaon and 26 January violence, but their priority is something else.
