West Bengal elections: dissidents name missing among Congress’ star campaigners

New Delhi: Congress on Friday released its list of 30 star campaigners for the West Bengal elections. Many G-23 leaders have not been included in this list, who are unhappy with the way the Congress high command works. The list includes the interim president of the Congress, Sonia Gandhi, former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and the names of the top leaders of the party.

Those who have been included in the list include Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Mallikarjun Kharge, Ashok Gehlot, Captain Amarinder Singh, Bhupesh Baghel, Kamal Nath, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, B.K. Hariprasad, Salman Khurshid, Sachin Pilot, Randeep Singh Surjewala, Jitin Prasad, Apien Singh, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Abdul Manan, Pradeep Bhattacharya, Deepa Dasmunsi, AH Khan Chowdhury, Abhijeet Mukherjee, Deepender Hooda, Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Rameshwar Oram, Alamgir Alamghar , Azharuddin, Jayveer Shergill, Pawan Kheda and BP Singh.
