SN Srivastava, the Special Police Commissioner (Law and Order) appointed to control the violence that erupted in the name of Citizenship Amendment Act in Delhi, will now be the next Police Commissioner of Delhi. SN Srivastava will replace Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik. Srivastava, along with the army during Operation All Out in Kashmir, completely eliminated the Hizbul Mujahideen.
SN Srivastava, who was Special Commissioner of Anti Terror Cell of Delhi Police, has been made ADG of CRPF’s Western Zone earlier. While ADG in CRPF, he took many big decisions to completely eliminate the terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.
SN Srivastavar, a 1985 batch IPS officer, is counted among the brave officers who kept a close watch on the terrorists in Kashmir and played an important role in freeing Kashmir from terrorism. In 2017, when SN Srivastava got an opportunity to work with CRPF in South Kashmir, he carried out an anti-terror operation. During this time many Hizbul commanders were killed.
