New Delhi: Amidst the ever increasing infection of the corona virus in India, PM Modi has today said that the condition of corona in the country is better than many countries. PM Modi said these things through video conferencing at the 90th birth anniversary celebrations of Dr. Joseph Mar Thoma Metropolitan.
PM Modi said, “The world is fighting a strong fight against a global epidemic. Covid-19 is not only a physical disease that threatens people’s lives, but also draws our attention to unhealthy lifestyle.” He said, “Earlier this year some people predicted that the impact of the virus would be very severe in India, but due to the lockdown, various government initiatives and the people-driven fight against Corona, India compared to other countries. Is in better condition. “
With this, PM Modi said that the recovery rate of corona in India is increasing. He said, “The battle fought by the people got good results but cannot stop now, now we have to be more vigilant.”
So far 5 lakh 8 thousand 953 people have come under the grip of Corona virus across the country, out of which 15685 people have lost their lives due to this epidemic. 295880 people have recovered from Covid-19 across the country and one person has gone out of the country. There are 197387 active cases of corona virus in India.
