At the same time, the meeting of the Congress Working Committee is going to be held tomorrow and sources said that this meeting has been called to discuss organizational issues but it is expected that Sonia Gandhi will express her desire to step down and ask the members to do their own Choose the leader of the party.

According to the Indian Express, 23 senior Congress leaders have written a letter to Sonia Gandhi demanding major changes in the party. Those writing the letter include former Haryana chief ministers such as Bhupendra Singh Hooda and former Maharashtra chief minister Prithviraj Chavan, former union ministers Kapil Sibal and Shashi Tharoor as well as young leaders like Milind Deora and Jitin Prasad.
