Acid attack on 3 Dalit sisters in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh

Gonda: Crime against women continue to haunt the Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh and now in a fresh case in Gonda district, some unidentified people threw acid on 3 Dalit sisters when they were sleeping on late Monday night.

Police said that the incident occurred at Paska village under Paraspur area when someone threw acid 3 daughters of Dalit villager Ramautar when they were sleeping on the terrace of their house.

All the three sisters, have been admitted to the district hospital where condition of one was stated to be critical.

The three sisters were identified as Kajal(17), Mahima(12) and Sonam (8). The elder sister Kajal was critically injured in the attack as her face her got burnt.
