When one cannot fulfill promises, he should not make it. It is saddening to see when businesses fail short of customers’ expectations and break their fake promises.

Online Gifts Delivery website IGP.com has given a bad service to one of its customers.

How can someone be irresponsible and not answer to customer’s queries or doubts despite repeated attempts on email and calls?

IGP.com has failed to deliver what it has promised about the same-delivery service gifts and hence, it is time that the company addresses the problems of customers with multiple complaints about the poor customer service.
