Patna: After the expansion of the cabinet in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has distributed the portfolios of ministries. Shahnawaz Hussain has been made the Minister of Industry. Neeraj Kumar Singh has been given the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. BJP MLA Nitin Naveen has been made the Minister for Road Construction. Earlier, Nitish Kumar cabinet expanded in Bihar today, 17 MLAs including BJP MLC Shahnawaz Hussain took the oath of minister in the program held at Raj Bhavan. Governor Fagu Chauhan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers.

The new ministers are: Shahnawaz Hussain (BJP MLC), Shrawan Kumar (JDU MLA, Nalanda), Madan Sahni (JDU MLA, Bahadurpur), Pramod Kumar (BJP MLA, Motihari), Sanjay Kumar Jha (JDU), Leshi Singh (JDU MLA, Dhamdaha), Samrat Chaudhary (BJP MLC), Neeraj Kumar Singh Bablu (BJP MLA, Chhatapur), Subash Singh (BJP MLA, Gopalganj), Nitin Nabin (BJP MLA, Bankipur), Sumit Kumar Singh (Independent MLA, Chakai), Sunil Kumar (JDU MLA, Bhore), Narayan Prasad (BJP MLA, Nautan), Jayant Raj (JDU MLA, Amarpur), Alok Ranjan (BJP MLA, Saharsa), Jama Khan (Chainpur MLA), Janak Ram (BJP).

Let us know that after 85 days of cabinet formation in Bihar assembly elections 2020, now Nitish cabinet has expanded today. 17 ministers have been sworn in in the cabinet. In this, 9 ministers from BJP and 8 ministers from JDU are sworn in. Earlier, there were 13 ministers in the Nitish government, excluding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Of these, 4 were from JDU, 7 from BJP, while each of us and VIP quota were ministers.
