New Delhi: Users using social media apps WhatsApp and Instagram suddenly got very upset on Friday night when the activities on both of these popular platform farms suddenly stopped. On Friday night, information about both of them came down. There have also been reports that people are facing difficulty in running Facebook as well. The messenger is also not working. Due to technical problem, there was a problem sending messages on WhatsApp and posting and viewing on Instagram.
However, till the time of writing the news, the service has started again on both the social plate forms and now people are not having any problem in logging their accounts or sending messages.
Earlier, on refreshing on Instagram, the message of ‘Kud not refresh feed’ was coming. Because of this, the #instagramdown and #whatsappdown hashtags were trending on Twitter.
This problem came just 3 months ago in the social media app. On 11 December 2020, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp all went down.
