New Delhi: Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait, who is organizing meetings in many parts of the country against three new agricultural laws, has claimed that BJP workers attacked on his car in Alwar. In this regard, the police have detained four people.
At the same time, on receiving information of the attack, supporters of Rakesh Tikait blocked the National Highway 9 on the Ghazipur border of Delhi-UP. Later traffic was restored after police intervention.
Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait, sharing the video on Twitter, wrote, “A murderous attack by BJP goons on the Tatarpur intersection of Bansur road in Alwar district of Rajasthan, pictures of murder of democracy.”
Rakesh Tikait said, “The glass of the car was broken. A BJP MLA sent the people. I was scrambled. Our supporters were beaten up. He has suffered injuries. Our movement is not going to stop.
Explain that the farmers have been agitating for more than four months on the borders of Delhi (Tikri, Singhu and Ghazipur). The movement of Ghazipur border is in the hands of Rakesh Tikait. Tikait says that the movement will continue until the central government withdraws the three new agricultural laws.
