New Delhi: In Tamulpur, Assam, PM Modi while addressing a public meeting on Saturday said that the people of Assam are with peace and development. PM Modi said that our government is committed to the development of Assam. The people of Assam are not acceptable to the people who have thrown the state into violence.
Addressing the public meeting, PM Modi attacked the Congress-led coalition Mahajot and said that the people of the state will not tolerate those who insult Assam. PM Modi said that we have a mantra “sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishvaas.
PM Modi said during his address that, whenever we make a plan, we make it for everyone. We work hard to provide the benefits of that scheme to the people of every region, to every class of people, without discrimination, without bias. There are some such things going wrong in the country, if we give something for our vote bank by discriminating in society, cutting the society, then see the misfortune, it is called secularism in the country. But if work for everyone, give it to everyone without discrimination, then they say that they are communal. This game of secularism-communism has done a lot of damage to the country.
Addressing the women of Assam, PM Modi said that no son of the state had to carry a gun, we are committed to this. He said that we made a Bodo agreement which brought peace in Assam. The sons of our mothers of Assam would take up arms. The NDA worked to bring them into the mainstream.
