New Delhi: All India Congress General Secretary, Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi called an emergency meeting through video conferencing to see the horrors of Corona. The meeting was attended by the State President, Leader Congress Legislature Party, PCC Vice President, Secretary-General including the advisory board of National Secretary-General and members of the strategy committee.

General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi said in a statement that the second wave of corona epidemic is spreading very fast in UP. The news that is coming from all over the state is very sad and shocking. UP General Secretary in-charge said that ‘Congress party is standing with the people of the state in the hour of this calamity. Our party is committed to support the public in every way. ”At the same time, we owe it to the government to demand better health facilities for the infected people. Fight for their questions. This is the religion of the opposition and we will play it firmly.

She said that the state of UP is on the verge of being the most explosive, while the UP government is constantly hiding data. If ‘the UP government had been conscious since the first day of the Corona epidemic, then today such days would not have been seen.’

She said that ironically, ‘this government did nothing for the whole year to increase the capacity of hospitals and today they have to increase the capacity of crematoriums’.

She said that this attitude of the UP government has actually done the work of pushing the people of the state to death. Between 5 and 11 April, 70 percent of corona cases have increased across the country, while in Uttar Pradesh, corona cases increased by 281 percent during this period. Out of 24 million population of UP, not even one crore people have been vaccinated.

The General Secretary said that in the letter of the State Law Minister it is clearly written that there is no investigation in private hospitals in Lucknow. The situation in government institutions is that Corona’s investigation report is taking several days.
