English Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran who already has five homes, is planning to buy more houses in the UK.
As per a report, Sheeran has had a conversation with the owners of three other buildings that he would like to buy their houses for the best price.
The homeowners know that they will get the best amount of money if they decide to move on from their current areas.
The homes are located in the middle of Sheeran’s land on the main road. So, he would be comfortable with the idea of purchasing the three properties in the nearby future.
In 2012, Sheeran had purchased the first property in his estate. In a period of time, he has developed a swimming pool, a two-storey treehouse, and a pub within his grounds. Also, in 2018, he applied to build a chapel.
You would be surprised to know that Sheeran owns almost 22 properties in London and most of them were purchased by cash payment.
