Hollywood actor Johnny Depp is currently in a mess in his personal and professional life.
However, a new report says that despite being asked to leave the third Fantastic Beasts film, Johnny will be earning over $10 million for filming just one scene as the villain Gellert Grindelwald.
His current legal troubles related to his personal life led the production house Warner Bros to ask him to leave the film.
A ‘pay-or-play’ clause in Depp’s contract says that the actor deserves to get the upfront salary regardless of the case he has been a part of the film or not.
It means the actor has to be fully compensated even if the film is made with him or not, as per the report.
Some days back, Johnny shared on social media about his exist from the film, he wrote: “I’d like to thank everybody who has gifted me with their support and loyalty. I have been humbled and moved by your many messages of love and concern, particularly over the last few days.”
