Another First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against Kiran Gosavi, the NCB’s witness in the cruise narcotics bust case, for allegedly defrauding a man by falsely promising him a position at a significant Malaysian hotel.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) identified the self-styled detective Gosavi as an “independent witness” in the Cordelia cruise narcotics seizure case. Bollywood celebrity Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was among those detained.

A court then remanded him in police detention until November 5 for additional investigation. Meanwhile, four further cheating accusations were filed against him with the police. An FIR was filed at Lashkar police station early on Saturday based on three of the allegations.
An FIR was filed late Saturday at Wanawadi police station in response to a complaint lodged by a resident of Mohammadwadi. “The case recorded with us related to charges submitted by one complainant,” said Senior Inspector Deepak Lagad of Wanawadi station.
Gosavi defrauded him under the guise of offering him a position in Malaysia for the 2018-19 academic year. When the complainant went to beg for his money back, Gosavi allegedly threatened him with a pistol.” This complainant claimed that Gosavi had stolen Rs 1.5 lakh from him.

Following his detention, police told the court that Gosavi was a “notorious employment racketeer” who may have defrauded numerous jobless teenagers by promising them to work in other nations. The SIM card in his possession was obtained under the name Sachin Siddheshwar Sontakke by reportedly submitting forged paperwork, according to Pune police.
