In his address, he said that today Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) are being discussed all over the world. He said that these two are like a silent revolution in democracy.

The game of middlemen came to an end due to direct benefit transfer and the government as well as the public has benefited immensely.

He said that with the help of technology, the country has benefited by Rs 1 lakh crore. This clearly shows that with the help of technology, corruption and wrongdoings can be easily prevented.
