42 employees found Corona positive at Nokia plant, factory closed

New Delhi: Nokia has stopped work at its manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu. The company said on Tuesday that some of its employees turned out to be Corona positive. For this reason, it was decided to close the factory.

Nokia did not reveal how many employees are Corona positive, but according to TOI news, a source said 42 people are suffering from corona.

The company says that strict rules were being followed for physical distancing, along with a change in the canteen facility. But now only after the employees recover, the plant will be opened again.

Recently, the Chinese phone manufacturer Oppo had to close its Delhi plant when 9 employees turned out to be Corona positive.
