Jeff Bezos to hand over the CEO job to Andy Hassy

Successful leader Jeff Bezos will be handing over his job position of Chief Executive Officer at Amazon to Andy Jassy. Jeff leaves a huge legacy for others to learn from his leadership of how he transformed Amazon from a simple online bookstore to the largest company in the world. 57 years old Jeff Bezos will be now focusing on his private space exploration, philanthropic work, and other career endeavors.

It is not that Jeff will be leaving the technology and e-commerce company completely but act as an executive chair at Amazon which he had founded 27 years back. The change comes after Amazon’s major innovations that had drawn attention from people all over the world.

The firm has also been appreciated for its out-of-the-box business practices that have overcome competition and other economic concerns. Bezos who had been a transformational leader for the company had innovated the ways in which bookselling, retail market, cloud computing, and home delivery were seen earlier. He has initiated many convenient options for people who just have to add to their cart whatever they want and get them home delivered in a week’s time.

The whole of the e-commerce sector and industry operations are thrilled with the kind of innovations that Bezos has brought on to the table and also given many new companies hope on how they still function by transitioning themselves to online.
