The Delhi High Court has given instructions to the Delhi University to ensure that it declares the results of all the post-graduate courses by 31 October 2020.
Also, the marksheets of all the courses have to be uploaded on the university and no student shall be asked by the university to come and collect the same.
The court said that the results have to be declared on 6 November 2020 for BA (prog) courses.
Also, the court has mentioned that once the students download the marksheets from the university website, they should not be called for physical verification and hence, no footnote should be there on the marksheet.
The marksheets downloaded from the university website should be valid for all the purposes of the students like future education, employment etc.
