New Delhi: There is good news for students who wish to enroll in engineering. Now students will get a chance to take the JEE Main exam four times. The Ministry of Education has decided to increase it from two to four from next year. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank indicated in a conversation with students on Thursday that the government has a desire to increase the number of attempts for the National Entrance Test for engineering programs. He said that the government is considering it positively. According to the report of Indian Express, senior officials later confirmed that this decision is certain to be implemented.

The JEE Main exam will be held in several shifts, which will be held in three to four days in the months of February, March, April and May. Students will be able to sit for all four exams and only their best score will be taken while preparing the All India Rank List. Before corona virus, the entrance test was conducted in January and April.

With this in view of this unusual situation, from next year, the students appearing in the JEE Main exam will have to do 75 out of 90 questions. That is, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics have to be done in 25 out of 30 questions for each section. Till this year, students did not have a choice of questions.
