CBSE Board’s new circular: Students missing from classes will not be promoted

New Delhi: Before releasing the 12th result, the CBSE board has issued a circular making it clear that the students who do not attend the online class or are missing from the pre-board and half yearly examination will be considered absent. Now the board will further decide whether the absent students will get the exam option or not. Till now all the students were assuming that they would get promoted. After this order of the CBSE Board, those students who did not attend the online class and stayed away from the pre-board examination are now facing danger.

This new circular of CBSE Board has been sent to all the schools, on the basis of which the schools will have to upload the details. It has been made clear in the circular that children who have not been in contact with the school throughout the year. Did not appear in any school examination, did not even take online classes. Such students will be considered absent in the result of Inter.

According to the school managements, all the circulars of the board have been received. This will affect children who have not been in contact with the school at all. There are so many kids that I tried to contact throughout the year. A letter was also sent through post but no response was received. Now these students will be considered absent.
